Our Story

Welcome to the Lace and Lemons Page

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved being in the kitchen—especially when it comes to baking. From carefully measuring out ingredients to watching cookies turn golden in the oven, there’s something about the process that brings me real joy.

After learning about Texas cottage food laws, I realized I could finally take my passion and turn it into something real—something I could share with others. That’s how Lace and Lemons began: a small, home-based bakery built on love for baking and a dream of doing what I enjoy every day.

I am developing a specialty in cookies—classic flavors, new twists, and everything in between. Each batch is baked at home with care, attention, and a genuine love for creating something sweet that brightens someone’s day. I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and growing, and my goal is to let that joy show through in every bite.

Lace and Lemons isn’t a big operation—it’s just me, a beginner with a big dream and a whole lot of flour. If you’ve ever wanted to support local, homemade, and heart-driven baking, I’d be honored to share my treats with you.

Thank you for being here. I hope you’ll taste the joy in every cookie.

   Stay sweet, support small,

Erin
